Extremely small radius R680 6+6mm curved tempered laminated glass spiral staircase railing

In many modern design spiral staircases railing, we may have to use a extremely small radius curved tempered laminated glass due to the staircase location limit, like R700, how to finished this project smoothly?



As we know, the minimum radius of curved tempered glass from most glass munufacturers in the market is around 1000mm,can't meet the requirement of 700mm.

6+6mm curved tempered laminated glass is made of two layers of 6mm curved tempered glass bonded together with an interlayer (PVB / SGP ) via a controlled, highly pressurized and industrial heating process.



6+6mm curved tempered laminated glass advantages:

1.tempered glass is 3-5 times toughened than annealed glass, and will not scatter to sharpe segments to hurt people,so it's a safety glass;

2.Tempered Laminated glass upgrades the safety with the interlayer's stickness and tenacity between the 2 sheets of tempered glass;
